At PINTURA, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your PINTURA product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in like-new condition, includes all original accessories, and is not damaged due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, unauthorized repairs, or unauthorized modification.

Easy Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, returned items must be in like-new condition, include all original accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging materials, and must not show damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, unauthorized repairs, or other customer-caused issues.

Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item:

  • Brand New & Unopened Items: Eligible for a refund of the product purchase price or a direct exchange, provided the item is returned unused and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or Lightly Tested Items: Eligible for a return or exchange if the item is in like-new condition, functions properly, includes all original accessories, and has no signs of customer-caused damage.
  • Used, Damaged, or Incomplete Items: Items that are damaged, missing accessories, heavily used, altered, or not in resellable condition may be rejected or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

30-Day Replacements for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, PINTURA will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional product charge.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, PINTURA will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs.

For exchanges due to personal preference, such as changing colors, models, or simply changing your mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return package reaches our warehouse safely.

For returns caused by defective, damaged, or incorrect items, PINTURA will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs after the issue has been verified.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier-related charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Share your order number along with a quick photo or video as proof, and our team will prioritize a resolution for you as soon as possible.
