United States Shipping
Our United States shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States. Delivery times are estimated in business days and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays observed at the shipping warehouse will be processed as soon as operations resume.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. However, processing may take longer during major holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Important Information
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays observed at the shipping warehouse.
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or warehouse-local public holidays. Any affected orders will be shipped as soon as warehouse operations resume.
- Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
- Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time, weekends, or public holidays.
- Delivery may be delayed due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, local holidays, peak shipping periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Pre-order items ship separately once available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, available items may ship first and the entire order will not be held.
- Free Economy Shipping applies when the order subtotal reaches $69.00 after discounts and before taxes.
- Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are calculated based on the order value after discounts and before taxes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes for international orders are included — no surprise fees at delivery.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
In some locations, pickup at a local post office or carrier pickup point may be required.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email address before submitting your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been shipped. If your package is already in transit, you may need to contact the local carrier or post office to request redirection, if available.
