- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding major holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, local holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Pre-order items ship separately once available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, available items may ship first and your entire order will not be held.
- Shipping fees are based on order value after discounts and before taxes.
